Welcome to BH55. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the BH55 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the website at bh55.cam (the "Platform").

By creating a BH55 account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional terms specific to individual promotions or game products that BH55 may publish from time to time.

BH55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on BH55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of BH55 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended, closed or terminated by BH55 for a breach of these Terms.

BH55 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. If a Player is found to be under the minimum required age, their Account will be suspended immediately, all bets and winnings will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned minus any associated processing fees, subject to applicable law.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the BH55 Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying BH55 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

BH55 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Sharing Account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

All deposits made to a BH55 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. BH55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.

Familiar payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned on this Platform for contextual familiarity only. Such references do not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with, or confirmation of support for gambling transactions by any of those institutions. Players are responsible for confirming available deposit methods within their Account panel.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once confirmed by the relevant payment processor.
• BH55 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.
• BH55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent, unauthorised or suspicious activity.
• Funds deposited to your Account are not eligible for interest and are held exclusively for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are converted to account currency at the rate prevailing at the time of confirmation. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; BH55 bears no liability for exchange rate movements.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed only to a payment method previously used to deposit to the Account or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name.

• KYC Verification: BH55 is required to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or other documents as deemed necessary by BH55's compliance team.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within two (2) to five (5) business days following KYC clearance. Actual credit times depend on the chosen payment method and the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum single-withdrawal and periodic withdrawal caps may apply, as displayed in the Account panel. Requests exceeding these limits may be processed in multiple instalments.
• Suspicious Activity: BH55 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, BH55 may require additional documentation or information before releasing funds.

All bets placed on BH55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. These rules are accessible from within each market or game interface. The following general rules apply across all betting products on the Platform:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the corresponding stake is deducted from your Account Balance.
• BH55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet was accepted due to a technical or data error.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), BH55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account, regardless of whether the bet has settled.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. BH55 is not liable for delays in data transmission that may affect the availability of in-play markets.
• Any bet placed using funds suspected to be derived from fraudulent activity will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport, as displayed within the relevant market. Winnings exceeding these limits may be reduced to the applicable cap.

For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving Pakistan — BH55 follows standard industry rules for abandoned, reduced-overs and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) affected matches. Specific outcome rules for each market type are detailed within the market description.

BH55 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all BH55 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and live casino games may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used before the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse: BH55 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured wagering designed to minimise risk, or collusion between Players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. BH55 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

BH55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of Player protection tools that can be activated through the Account panel at any time, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe their gambling may have become problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools or to contact BH55 support for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon promptly. A Player who self-excludes must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period; any such account will be closed and any balance returned subject to applicable checks.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BH55 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or cancel any deposit after placing bets with the corresponding funds.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward BH55 staff or other users.

All content on the BH55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of BH55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of BH55.

Any trademarks, service marks or trade names displayed on the Platform that are not owned by BH55 remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Platform does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with BH55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BH55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data or goodwill.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions or technical errors.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network failures or other circumstances beyond BH55's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BH55's total liability to you shall be limited to the amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BH55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account was opened using false or fraudulent information.
• The Player is, or has become, ineligible to use the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to BH55.

A Player wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting BH55 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BH55 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, return only that portion of the Balance that represents uncontested real-money deposits net of any bonus funds or associated winnings.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available upon request through the Platform's support team.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may be applicable to their use of the Platform. BH55 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of online gambling in Pakistan and users accept sole responsibility for compliance with their local legal obligations.

BH55 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, BH55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13 above.
